ACTUAL SHIPPING TIMELINES - For orders RECEIVED: Monday :8 a.m. through noon (Mountain Standard Time) Friday, The Spirit of Christmas will ship the product(s) within 2 business days.
Friday AFTER 12 p.m. MST, Saturday or Sunday, The Spirit of Christmas will ship within 2 business days. HOLIDAYS - we will ship within 2 business days after any Canadian holiday (when Canada Post and Purolator are running again).
We do recommend using “Post” as your method of shipping. It is slower than Courier, but in most circumstances it is more economical. The Shipping and Handling charges listed include insurance and a tracking number for the item(s).
OVERSIZE ITEM NOTE: For overweight items (10Kg and Up) The Spirit of Christmas charges shipping based on weight. With these items, you will be prompted to an email so we can determine a cost effective shipping solution.

In order to give international customers the best possible shipping rates (because shipping overseas is expensive), The Spirit of Christmas will contact international customers via email with a price quote on how much the shipping will be for products sought. International customers will need to agree, in writing, to the shipping charges prior to The Spirit of Christmas processing any transaction.
At this time, The Spirit of Christmas requires international customers to send their item request via email when prompted in checkout. WE ARE SORRY FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE, BUT HOPE TO ALLOW WEB PROCESSED ORDERS BY THE NEW YEAR.
