SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

TO OUR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS


SHIPPING TIMELINES - For orders received Monday: 8 a.m. MST through 5 p.m. Thursday, The Spirit of Christmas will ship the product(s) within 3 business days.
Friday to Sunday, and holidays, The Spirit of Christmas will ship within the following 3 business days.

We use either Canada Post or Canpar Courier for delivery, based on size, destination and cost. The Shipping and Handling charges include insurance (for loss only) and a tracking number for the item(s).

OVERSIZE ITEM NOTE: For overweight items (10Kg and up), The Spirit of Christmas charges shipping based on weight. With these items, you will be contacted via email so we can determine a cost effective shipping solution.

The Spirit of Christmas is not responsible for any delays in deliveries if Canada Post or the courier company temporarily cease their regular operations for any reason. 


TO OUR UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS

 SHIPPING TIMELINES - For orders received Monday: 8 a.m. MST through 5 p.m. Thursday, The Spirit of Christmas will ship the product(s) within 2 business days.

Friday to Sunday, and holidays, The Spirit of Christmas will ship within the following 2 business days.

All items are generally sent via Canada Post to U.S. locations.

DUTY AND BROKERAGE FEES: The shipping and handling charges DO NOT INCLUDE any brokerage and duty charges assessed and assigned by U.S. Customs. The purchaser is responsible for any and all brokerage and duty charges. The Spirit of Christmas is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS


At this time, The Spirit of Christmas requires international customers to send their item request via email to tsoc.customerservice@gmail.com.

Please note that shipping overseas is expensive, and are generally sent via Canada Post. We will always send you a price quote before any transactions are complete, for your approval.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact us at tsoc.customerservice@gmail.com with your claim or concern. Pictures are appreciated when possible.
